The Fitness Center
The fitness center at Barton Creek Country Club provides members with 11,000 square feet of state-of-the-art exercise equipment, personal training, free weights, assisted weight machines, punching bags, outdoor running, stretching areas and exciting weekly classes. Members may select from more than 40 complimentary aerobic, strength, yoga, aquatics and pilates classes.
Personal Training Select from a large portfolio of personal trainers for a one-on-one program that will help you achieve optimal balance, full-body strength, power and flexibility. Our trainers also offer one-on-one yoga sessions, golf fitness sessions and more.
TRX Suspension Training Harnesses your own body weight to create resistance as you work out and allows you to adjust the degree of difficulty, regardless of your fitness level, age or fitness goals.
